3) Brückenleger IVb
The PzKpfw IV chassis used to lay bridges.
About this creation
In 1940 20 Ausf. C and D's PzKpfw IV's were converted into bridgelayers, and participated in the invasion of France and the Low Countries.
However, the IV chassis had problems with the wieght, and the units where converted back into normal tanks in 1941.

Although I didnt install the wires needed to support the bridge, the structure and the crane works, and the vehicle can actually put the bridge down correctly.

The whole concept of these vehicles is great, and you did a very good job to model it. I ones had a powered model of this thing, exiting to see it in action;)

As I am not familiar with tanks I had to look this one up online. The bridge and supports are really accurate! A fantastic model. I am looking forward to seeing what else you can make out of this chassis!
