This is one of my favorite mocs thus far as Vezon's cape serves successfully as part of the tattered military uniforms this moc wears. Enjoy! Bio:This is one of the Kommandants of the Knochenwermacht, the massive army of the Necrovalley. Personally trained by Mehrunes and outfitted with neurological implants, these elite forces shall eliminate all who oppose them.
