This is supposed to be the Confederate General, Games Longstreet. He's not too bad, but I guess the beard's a little too long.
During the Civil War, Longstreet proved to be a great General. His strongest area of military strategy was in defense and, in fact, Longstreet never lost a defensive position while troops had been under his command. He certainly made an impression on Robert E. Lee, who nicknamed Longstreet his "Old War Horse." Although he was excellent defensively, Longstreet's ability as an offensive tactician was not as good. He often argued with Lee about what battle tactics he should use, and is probably best known for having done this during the battle of Gettysburg. Longstreet had expressed to Lee that he felt Pickett's Charge would be a failure and sure enough, it was.
