Pictures of my city from Summer 2009
About this creation
This next picture shows the harbor area of my city (unfortunately I don't have enough blue baseplates to cover all the area I want to make water, so I had to use some blue construction paper on the far left corner of the harbor). The white building with orange and blue trim is a coast guard base MOC; the three cranes around the harbor come from LEGO kits.
The red building with white windows below is the base of the Bank of Legoland Tower, the tallest building in my city (the tower is black and can easily be seen in the main picture). Behind the Bank of Legoland on the right is a sushi restaurant; behind it to the left is a copy store/office supplies shop and then the Cafe Corner.
This next picture shows the city park. On the left is the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier guarded by two soldiers in traditional uniforms. In the center is a statue of some famous military leader, and on the right is a fountain based on the Town Plan fountain.
One of the main streets of my city is in the next photo. It starts at the harbor and goes past restaurants, offices, stores, a police station, a gas station, a fire station, and ends at the State House (the yellow building in the background):
Here is my city from the opposite angle from the main photo above. Here you can see the yellow State House prominently,
This is a construction site which will be the site of another skyscraper:

SWEET!!!! that is 3 times bigger than mine!!!! wow, the construction site/ sites are AMAZING!! and the place ment of the buildings is also VERY VERY well done. |
