Go watch the vid on Youtube. The mechanism works this way. The quarter-ellipse piece is the hammer. The magazine is like one of those airsoft magazines (a magazine, and stopper on the top, making it impossible for the brick to spring out). The only way for the brick to get out is forward. The stopper, or more precisely half-stopper, is half a stud thick. (the bolt is half a stud thick, and it needs to pass through the magazine to collect the brick) It stops the ammo from springing out but once a bullet is removed from the magazine the next bullet fills the gap. The bullets are only allowed to go out forward, as the bolt piece needs to go through the magazine. The bolt itself is one of those half-width, 3x5 quarter-circle (or quarter-ellipse) liftarm pieces. It faces backward, and the sloped side of it allows it to go through A and I (the bullet stoppers). On its way back, the vertical side hits the brick, through A and I (the half-stoppers), and the block is pushed out by the bolt. I think that is all I can explain because I might be wrong. excellent gun again, but I've got something to say. you see, your bolt/single action guns are great, but c'mon a single action UMP45????. I mean it's nice, but not very convincing. You made a semi/fully automatic MP5 which fires rubberbands. Try making some more stuff like that cause that's very nice too. Back to the UMP45 I rate it 5/5!

I like the fact that the cocking handle slides forward again after cocking. On your G36K it wasn´t like this. I think you should make a MP5 again, but this time brickshooting. Maybe you could use 1x2 bricks that looks more like pistol ammo because it´s shorter.
