This is the Dark Minister. It is one of the first Dark Augusto machines ever built(just throwing around some ideas of the origins of the DA). He along with the other first DA machines, were built by the human inventor, Leonard Augusto. Leonard was an incredibly famous and misunderstood inventor. He built war machines for the military for most of his life. On his twenty fifth birthday his entire family was killed by a military machine he built that lost control and crashed. After that day Leonard vowed, never to build a machine again. Over the years he slowly began to go mentally insane. His mind started telling him that it wasn't his fault that the machine killed his family, it was the government's fault and they deserved to die for what they did. He began to build his new army in the privacy of his basement workshop. One of the first machines he built was the Dark Minister, it is a machine that wasn't really meant to be in the front lines but in the background manipulating the government with the mystical powers it possesses. it uses a form of telekinesis to make it's enemies do it's bidding. It also has the ability to control the elements(you know, fire, water,etc). It is unknown how Leonard was able to give these powers to the minister. Before Leonard died he gave the dark minister and a handful of his other early creations the ability to build new units so his mechanized army would continue to grow and eventually kill off the humans that deserved to die.
