Spartan 26 also known as Rusty showed exceptional skill, even among the other Spartans. Even though he never surpassed Master Cheif during his training, in later years he would finally become stronger than the famed warrior. Being one of the brightest and strongest, Rusty was soon deployed to infiltrate and destroy a Covenant capitol ship. After battling past many guards Rusty finally reached the control room and found five Brutes awaiting him. He had just enough time to throw a grenade at the control panel before the Brutes were upon him. Rusty quickly outmanuevered the first Brute and he stuffed a grenade in his pocket. As the grenade exploded the Brutes side ruptured killing him instantly. Rusty almost broke a second Brutes neck before being knocked unconscious. When he came to, he was on a snowy, forsaken planet surrounded by burning wreckage. He realized his grenade must have destroyed the ships navigation computer, sending it into a crazy dive straight for this planet. After one year, he finally finishs a starship he's been working on ever since he crashed. A mess of Covenant technology, his fighter will barely get him to the next planet.
