This is my entry for Dr Ownages's contest. You had to make a Rebel Commando. I have shown three parts of his life but I might make more. I wouldn't have made it as silly, but that was part of the competition. This story is told by Garrak Jonz himself. I don't really know why I called him that.
About this creation
I was born on Cloud City, on Bespin. I never knew my parents because there was an accident that killed them. I grew up with my grandfather, until the first year of the Clone wars. He died that year.I was 13 when that happenend. Then the Seperatists came. They thought if they took Bespin they could build a secret base but we managed to get a transmission through. They sent The droid named General Grievous. He killed a Jedi that had come to us as quikly as possible. I was with that Jedi. He told me to hide. When Grievous killed him I was overcome by rage. I picked up his lightsaber and charged after Grievous...
Part 1: My favourite part of Grievous is his Crotch plate.
I found him and we dueled.
He was to good or maybe I was too bad. He knocked me to the floor.
He approached me then I heard a "clang" of falling metal. I looked a Grievous, "dammit he shouted, that was my crotchplate!" It must have been loostened in the fight.
He turned around, I still couldn't do any thing.
He attached it and lunged forward.
A Jedi stopped him from killing me.
Grievous ran away because his crotchplate fell off again and the jedi helped me up, introducing himself as Jedi master Ben. "This", he said, "is Commander Wolf of the Iron-fist company."
I offered him the lightsaber but he said I could keep it. I left then.
One of the clones found something. "I wonder what part of Grievous this is?"
After that I sort of roughed it out. When order 66 was excecuted when I was 16, I was horrified. I liked the Jedi and I vowed to someday avenge them. I worked small jobs until I was 17. Then I became a Bounty hunter. Only I was different. The bounties I hunted were Bounty hunters. In this particular mission I was hunting some Assassin droids that were bothering the Empire. I know but I needed money and the Empire pay well. This mission was 10 years after my duel with Grievous.
Part 2: Droid attachment like Jedi attachment should be forbidden.
I had chased the remaining 2 to the river. I used my trusty Z-6 cannon and blasted one.
I expected the droid to fire at me but instead he got on his knees."Phil, Hang in there!"
I didn't think much of it, I just did my job.
I blasted his head cleanly off.
An already dead droid, with his eye going a dull grey.
7 years after that particular mission, I joined the Rebels. I soared through the ranks and became a Commando. I was a member of Iron-fist Rebel squad named after that Jedi from so long ago.... I remember this mission, when the stormtrooper had his mike on and it's strange what stormies think when in battle. The Iron-Fist wasn't with me, because I had been on a solo mission and was close to this area.
Part 3: Always chech your helmet mike in battle.
The imperials were attacking but the Rebels were making a brilliant defense. One of the Stormtroopers named 1956 had his mike on, clearly he hadn't noticed.
A sniper shot the trooper.
I got really close and personal to the 2nd last one.
Trooper 1956: Okay I am the only one left, Don't panic, Don't panic.
I took my aim at the pettrified trooper.
Trooper 1956: Oh my god, oh my god.
Of all the times my gun could have run out it did it now.
Trooper 1956: I think I wet myself! He slowly took aim.
I did the only thing I could.
I sliced his head off. I used that lightsaber from so long ago. I practised with it now and then and always kept it with me. I couldn't use the force though and I could never be a proper Jedi.
Front view. He carried a Blaster Rifle, a Z-6 rotary cannon and a beloved lightsaber.
Back view. The helmet he wears was his fathers security one and he has a kama and a gold pauldron awarded for his work on the battlefield. His gun's blasts are purple because they are very high quality. The lightsaber is green.
Pieces of him.
The vigs I made.
Here are the points it is judged by:
40/40 is a bonus for good story
10/10 humour
20/20 realisticness and photos
30/30 the rebel itself

interesting.i like the grievous a lot.and the guy with the visor on his shoulder is awesome.how do you get that to stick on??
I used one of the pieces you put to make a minifig taller (the same as his Kama) and you just put the visor on the hole. |

okay. one day early, but whatever.
my job is hard.....
30/30 looks - the pauldron attached is well done, and the equipment matches the rebel
10/10 humour - ahaha this was funy. the grievious's plate falling off was a nice touch too, i especially liked the mic joke.
17/20 realisticness and photos-assasain droids arent that easy to kill
37/40 story-wel, you wrote a very long one. good job! |

Yeah. You know what? I didn't realize that until you pointed it out. Well great minds think alike, right? Look, I'm not lying. I never meant to copy this. But I think its not fair that your rebel commando doesnt get rated.
Thanks, I believe you, I was just pointing it out. And ya, I think some more people from the group should comment on this seeing as I have won.

Hey great job on this. Although the only possible way for ours being similar is the lightsaber part.
Thanks, that's true but also the Bounty Hunter part. |
