An incident in Belgium
As the French advance on the Quatre-Bras crossroad British and allied troops slow their advance.
About this creation

The 69th foot see some French enemy

They advance and attack the skirmishers

The French are too few and fall back

The 69th attacks

They are supported by allied Brunswick infantry

Suddenly they hear trumpets and realize cavalry are charging. "Form square!"

French Lancers and Dragoons attack

The French are upon them so quickly they can only fire one volley

The cavalry surround the men

a brave Lancer breaks into the square to seize the colours

He cuts down its defender and rides off with his prize


With their colours lost the 69th flees

I love these napoleonic mocs lego pirate sets have these too modern soldiers- but they are perfect for napoleonic mocs- good work but one thing there is that don't look good- those sprucetrees look strange when they are raised like that- if you want bigger spruces you should do them from bricks those little christmastrees are just little complete plants don't look good when raised like that i think...just my opinion...

Quoting Allarand Arcadia Superb! The detail is excellent and in a few days I'm going to start posting napoleonic figs. I'll let you know when they come! (The french had 80 percent chances of winning being the british surronded.)

Just back from vacation and seeing two additional excellent dioramas. Each of the new ones have more details and all of them tell a commplete story. Great!!!

Wow, really excellent! I think you captured the feel of this engagement quite well! (Where did you get the bayonets? Brickarms or brickforge?)
