How Tadith joined the Brotherhood of the Blade...
About this creation
Part 1 of the trilogy "The Tale of Tadith" about my BotB Sig-Fig
It was long years ago in a store in the eastern settlement…
Tadith’s father hadn’t made good buisness recently, but a soldier of the King came to collect his taxes. Of course, the man wasn’t able to pay and pleaded for a bit more time. The soldier wasn’t known as friendly guy and denied.

His way to serve the king’s rules was always hard, and this day his alcoholism made him just more strange, so he threatened the poor man. After he had him knocked down and watched blood flowing out his head, he realized, that it was too hard.

Of course, Tadith’s mother saw how her beloved husband died. She would tell the story, the guard’s master would punished him, or even the king. No, he didn’t want, that anybody find out, what just happened...

But a young boy did...

How can this happened to his family? Isn’t that a fair world if a rude guard can kill someone in quarrel without any consequences? The boy sweared, to help those citizen, who were justice denied.
Years later, when Tadith was old enough, he bought his first sword and tried to join the Brotherhood of the Blade, a secret group of vigilants and assassins, who fought for justice and protection if the king doesn’t act.

One day he found a contact person and offers his willing. Before admitting, the Brotherhood sent him to one of their hideouts outside the city, where he had to prove his qualities after first training.

After some hours of search, Tadith found the secret place. It was an old crystal mine, abandoned after the minerals gone low, now used by the Brotherhood of the Blade.

A man already awaited him, but before he was able to welcome him, a group of tribal creatures arrived suddently. Wherever they came, whoever they were and whatever they wanted, they attacked immediately.

Tadith unsheathed his sword quickly, but what chance did he have against a pack of predators? Then, a second guy came to support…

They fought bravely.

Tadith was the only man, who survived the attack that day, so this combat was his first training.
In honour to his impressive skills, the Brotherhood let him joined and he was also allowed to live in that forgotten mine. Without any people, it wasn’t of use for them, of course. Since then, Tadith uses the cave as his home and base…

Since that day, he’s punishing people, who wronged others because he is part of the Brotherhood of the Blade…

TO BE CONTINUED...

The tribal creatures, originally created by Nufalak of Balnazzar. Not much is known about them, but they aren’t as strong as the trolls. Well, that’s it, they are not trolls. I choosed them because i wanted to make something more custom.

And those guys? Who cares? They are dead, unable to defeat some primitive enemies. So they weren’t the best fighters in the Brotherhood for sure.

My Sig-Fig, Tadith, son of an easy crystal and ore merchant in the eastern settlement of the Rensval valley. The middle is his basic costume. I tried to create a medieval vigilant without the assasin/ninja look, so i was inspired by musketeers. The last dress is Tadiths alternate outfit, he uses in special mission when hiding is more important.
Tadith is one of the youngest members to date, prefers crossbow and longsword and hates the king’s men because they are responsible for the death of his parents.

Quoting Father Khal
i thank you for the comments youve made on my sigfig, and i thank you for all the positive points
although, i am going to try and explain myself for all the negative ones. firstly i know the quality isnt great, its just my camera is a rubbish one. secondly the armour isnt standard army ones its his personal armour, and if it was, wouldnt it be easier to blend in with his surroundings if it was official army armour?(like a trojan horse). and lastly, hes an ex-soldier remember. and as well i wanted to ask what you meant by constructed?
If he uses the armor for undercover-stuff it's ok, but he have to be hided on assasination missions or so because the king's people would find out his identity. What i can't understand, is why the brothers first let him go and later invite him because he was fired. How can they trust him not to work for the king anymore? |

Nice beginning to the story. Too bad it always ends up to be revenge for parents dying. Oh well, he will become an old age Batman who kills and doesn't tie up...Good job! |

Nicely done. Simple story, and it fits into the theme very well. It was cool to see some of my natives in action by another person, though they seemed far more aggressive here than I intended, but no problem. Nice job overall. |
