Could you make a magazine? Like the real ones, like .270 bolt action, or maybe a semi-automatic, that'd be cool, keep goin, great job!

You don't need a really powerful spring for this to work. Looking back, I exaggerated a bit saying "really powerful" considering the spring came from a >100 fps, cheap, airsoft pistol. Although you do need a spring with decent strength. When I was trying to figure out the spring to use, most of the others just didn't put out enough force. For example: the bricks were just getting stuck in the barrel or coming out of it at an incredibly slow speed; more or less just falling out.

yeah, the walls of the gun are probably too tight. all you have to do is push or pull the walls apart. also some 2x4 bricks are slightly bigger than others so look through your collection and try out most of the 2x4's. you will (or at least i did) find some shoot better than others.

hello i rebuild your gun (sortof) but when i open the breach and put the bullet in and close it.. pull the trigger and the brick doesnt come out because the walls are to close to the brick i think.. how can i solve this problem? pls respond btw great gun i will rate 5/5 if mine works perfectly

I already use two airsoft springs at the exact size of yours, and I tried to make the barrel as short as I can, and i mostley use 1x4 bricks instead of 2x4. thanks for the info tough.

the spring i used is 2.25" but i have no idea what the fps of the gun that it came from was. as to making it go further you could try to use a more powerful spring, make sure that the brick firing out of it isnt too tight in the barrel and thats about all i can think of. your best bet would be to change out the spring for a more powerful one

I build it, but it's not really strong. I used 2 airsoft springs, but it only shoots 3 metres before it hits the ground. Can you please give me some tips how to make it stronger?

i will post pics of the mechanism but i will not make a video (1) i dont really feel like it. (2) the mec wont work without the side on because the spring is so powerfull it would just push the remake apart

yeah im srry i didnt make it (the gun has been taken apart so i have to rebuild the mech) but i had homework. also i havent had inspiration for building lately so i havent touched my legos for a week or 2. and on top of that i am working on filming/editing a review for youtube.

That looks impressive. I have seen many lego gun mechanisms here on the moc pages, but you have the best mechanism. Can you please explain or make a cut-section of the gun, I can't figure out how it works. i saw your bolt but that was not enough for me. Already thanks, 5*.
