Ok, I'm not sure how cuz I'm still new to this thing. My email is Engine345@gmail.com. Thanks for your help! I like your other creations too, I'm gonna make some police cars with the V light bar and yellow warning lights based off your's but a different style.

Justin, this isn't the place for an ongoing tutorial. Post your email address using underlines instead of dots (anti-spam), and I'll send you some screen grabs.
Quoting Justin Fisk What Font size I'm guessing like 8 right?Cuz I figured out 12 was to big.

The outline can be changed in the WordArt format button. Outlines, colors, fills and shading can be done there. The lines are just created in Publisher, and can be controlled like any other graphic. It just takes experimentation. I've been doing this for years at work, and I still don't know all of the tricks!
Quoting Justin Fisk I got Microsoft Publisher now. What did you use to get the Gold outline over the blue letters? And how did you you get the stripe?

Thanks Josh. They are from the Res-Q sets from the mid 1990's. They are cool and hard to find now. I have a couple of the sets from before my dark ages.
Quoting Sergeant Dempsey Awesome.. Where do you get all the lights from? The sort of beacon ones? -Josh.
