Washington Sector
I present, for your enjoyment, Washington Sector. With all the cool SPIII aliens, I just had to give them an environment to hang out in. The cyberpunk neighborhood features an overhauled cafe corner with full interior, an original cafe corner compatible building, tiered street system, and elevated monorail.
About this creation

The whole shebang.

Greenskin's bar and hookah lounge. A favorite hangout for space-orcs and the orc friendly. It was particularly challenging to make a building that simultaneously looked futuristic but also fit well with the architecture of Cafe Corner.

Upstairs you will find the lounge: wonderfully spacious and with a view of the whole sector. Enjoy exotic shisha in their cutting-edge hookahs. Apple is the local favorite.

Greenskin's offers a full array of spirits to satisfy any race's taste; humans beware the more potent drinks.

Their bartender, Frenzy, is famous for his quick service.

Ducat's Casino. Enjoy a variety of video gambling machines or roulette downstairs. Levels two and three house Squidman and his posse.

Washington sector is unquestionably owned by Squidman, Joe Dollar, and their gang. Those who know this fair much better in this part of town.

The house *always* wins.

Yep, Space Police capt. Rook is on the payroll.

Squidman's thugs are always ready to roll.

Modifying CC was a real treat. I mostly took some structures off to simplify the building and changed the windows.

Ground level casino. The slots help sustain Squidman's criminal empire.

Joe Dollar created a special type of roulette for his casino. House edge: 16%.
I am pleased with the use I found for the bionicle life meter; it was one of those pieces I found awesome but couldn't work it into something for the longest time.

You don't need to be inside the casino to get hustled. Orcish conmen are more than happy to take your money.

Not everyone is welcome in Washington Sector.

But don't worry, the Skull twins will let you know...

...and will promptly provide you a vehicle to leave in.

Through monorail windows is the only way the more affluent citzens of the city see Washington Sector.

What good is a sci-fi dio without a heavy automatic door?

The criminals of Washington Sector.

The citizens of Washington Sector.

Dumpster and vending machine. A few objects I made to help populate the streets.
