A Lego MOC inspired by concept art for the Delorean time machine from Back To The Future.

About this creation

Before Robert Zemeckis decided on a more homemade-looking time travel vehicle, these are my interpretations of what the Delorean from Back To The Future could have looked like.

These designs include a lot of well-known features like flux displacement bands, reactor chamber, and vent (yep, only one. Another was added to make the overall appearance more symmetrical). WHat was changed was the white paint job, wheel covers, and flux displacement bands on the roof.

OMG! I love the Concept Delorean! I am one of the biggest Back to the Future fan!!! ^-^ I tried to build the Delorean and ended up building a . . . blob of Lego Blocks that look like something that was ran over by an Army tank!!! X_x *Sigh* I could never build the perfect Delorean . . . Looks like ya did it! Congrats! ^-^ It looks so freaking awesome!!! How didya manage it?!
