sry i need help i am new: i would like to ask you some questions(to all): 1.what are decals and what do u use them for? 2.how do u make custom minifigs do u paint other characters u already have or i don't know do u put stickers on it's body? 3.what dou useto create minifigs accesories other lego pieces or some kind of white putty that u modify and freeze it or cook it.plz answer.PLZ ANSWER

I thought you would like to know to fix this mistake but the bottom left of the decal is off center, otherwise great decal!
