Anyways, the Icarus. The Icarus was originaly meant to be a mining mech, but then people discovered that you can just remote control huge drilling machines. Damm, a lot of people were laid off when they realised that. But then the Darkwoods Clan stepped in and made the Icarus into a light assult mech. The Icarus is designed for rocky terrain, making it one of the most stable mechs around. However, it has very light armour to reduce weight and increase speed.

The melee weapon of choice is a saw blade to rip into other vehicles at close range.

The long range weapon is a heavy machine gun which fires rounds coated with a substance which burns through all but the toughest of armour.

That there is Merv the Texian mechcanic. (A nod to Livin' on the Edge. What, you've never heard of it? Bah!)

Look! Look at the leg! I spent a whole five minutes working on that!

Soooooo. Pointin' at the ground huh? How's that working out for yah? OK, so I had some problems posistioning the cockpit. Boo hoo.

That's Merv. Yah.

Quoting Sergeant Pepper Nice design, I love the "legness"! Livin' on the Edge is a great song, by the way. The only thing I would improve is the machine gun. The peg just doesn't scream power. But the body and the rest all look incredible!

Excellent work! I liked the nice little back story...Heh, remote controlled... This is a really neat mech. I like how compact it is. The caged cokpit was a fantastic idea. Oh, and I'd suggest getting a backdrop. Not that I don't like your carpet, it's quite nice actually, but a solid white background would be more...pofessional... G'job!
