A Lego Technic muscle car with a working V6 engine, all round suspension and working headlights.

About this creation

This is a Lego Technic car, roughly resembling an American muscle car. It has a working V6 engine connected to the rear wheels. Steering can be done either from the interior steering wheel (which is hard to reach) or the alternative steering wheel on the top of the car. Front wheels have independent suspension, rear suspension is done with a live axle. The front lights actually light up, too, and look car cooler than the photos make out, especially in the dark (photos were taken on my phone, hence the poor quality, I'll have to take some proper pics with my camera at some point).

Bodywork could have been better, but I ran out of bricks!

Well thank you very much for that positive comment! It's good to know that my childhood wasn't wasted and that my occasional offerings are appreciated! Of course it's not perfect, but that wasn't the goal, it was just a bit of fun, and I'm glad you like it too!

Good thing to build a muscle car like this. It looks like one of the vintage late 80's Lego Technic sets. You are a artist that knows how to revive the old days today! The scale model is also the proof that a large Lego built car containing a V6 can be great too, it's not always the V8 that makes a musclecar. With these and a lot more specifications it's a beautiful controversial car compared to others like me who almost always want their models look "new age" and "streamlined". I think it's time for me to build a "vintage" lined Sportscoup�.
