Well this is General Elecktrock as seen in my latest U.R.S. vs F.I.S. war series episode. Enjoy!
About this creation

The General overall.

Side view. He does have a cape but I removed it because it was in the way of his back detail.

With all eight arms outstreched. He wields 8 red lightsbaers and stands a whole head taller than a normal mini-fig.
