After a month of trial and error, I present to you the Stormtrooper/TIE Viper Transformer! I wanted to build a Star Wars transformer that used a minifig head and transformed into a "real" SW vehicle. Unfortunately, that didn't work out, so I made up a craft instead, the TIE Viper. It looks like something you'd see in Star Wars, right? Anyway, please let me know what you think:)
WWOAH! not only were you able to create the coolest stormtrooper on MOCpages, but you even invented a sweet aircraft for it to transform into! just like your darth vader transformer the proportions are perfect and the overall design is amazing...you are my idol. :)

amazing detail and the stormtrooper gear is really well done the tie viper's detail is my favirote! Is that a picture of you on your homepage? because...the backround is amazing with all the lego pictures! (I think you should build a mos eisley...it would go really good for you with your talent on mechas you can make broken walkers, those air compators or whatever there called...whats your opinion?
Thanks! Yeah. That's a pic of me. I think a Mos Eisley scene would be cool. I just have to dig out all my figs and parts from storage, which I only just started to do.
very clever my friend, probably built in the same method as a lot of the things i build, 'alot of trial and error'. This is awesome though, and transforms perfectly in my opinion. It baffles me how some people can still find fault with it, like the fact it doesnt stand up without support, WHO CARES! its brilliant, well done!
Even though I never really liked this line, your recreation of it in lego is amazing. Both modes are perfect, the only "flaw" I can see is that the stormtrooper can't stand by itself, but I would barely consider that a flaw. Maydbe you could get him to stand on his own using a certain computer program(nudge, nudge, wink, wink)
Now this is something special. Your hard work has paid off, sir. Both forms look good in their own right and you even managed to keep the mech scaled correctly. I bet people would like a basic build template for this kind of thing; I know I would.
