Maybe someday, I'll actually get a "final" version up.

This is the original M9982 HMMWV model, intended to be a next-generation successor to the current M998 Humvee that forms the backbone of the modern-day US Armed Forces. It has since been upgraded. This page contains the photos of all three variants I produced, the general purpose, Avenger anti-air system, and the mortar carrier.
General Purpose Variant:

Overall view.

Back view.

The driver and gunner having a conversation.

Side view.

Front view.

The engine and hood.

The crew and cab.

The crew of this Humvee stops to do some maintenance on the engine, and meet some UCF soldiers.
Anti-air Variant

Was a really fun build.

I quite like the back, it is totally SNOT, and I think it came out rather well.

The front gave me quite possibly almost as much as a headache as I've gotten from two years of building my tank...

An Avenger-2 launching a FIM-98 Sky Arrow anti-air missile.

The 178hp diesel/electric hybrid engine, the heart of the M9982 HMMWV series of vehicles.

This particular Avenger is in service in the Pacific theater, as can be seen by the soldier's woodland BDU's. The Avenger has an MP7 personal defense weapon for the crew, plus their side-arms for protection, but in theory, the M1097B should not come under direct attack from enemy infantry.

A view of the crew. The Avenger-2 is crewed by a driver, and a gunner, who is responsible for operating the wire-controlled machine gun on top of the cab, and the missile launcher system.
Fire Support Variant

Front view. As usual with all variants of the M9982, only the rear section is interchanged.

A bit more studded than I would like, but ehh. Ran out of parts.

The mortar system collapsed. The -FS model sacrifices cargo and supply carrying capacity for the M78 80mm self-loading mortar system mounted in the back of the chassis.

The M78 SLMS deployed and ready for use.

Better shot of the 80mm self-loading mortar. No, he's not loading it, I was experimenting with the use of BrickArms rockets. Work rather well as mortars I think.

Thanks for looking.

Woh, Really amazing! There is an insane amount of detail in this MOC, I can clearly tell you put a lot of time and effort into it. The design of the vehicle is amazing and the wepons look really BA, great, great, job! I have rarely been impressed by a MOC this small. |

This is the best minifig scaled humvee on mocpages. I don't think it can get any better or more exact than this. 5/5 |

If I may add, Evan, I do believe that LEGO makes 2x6 wrap-around windows for vehicles of that size. I am not sure where you may get one but LDraw might have some images of the particular LEGO piece in question. Other than that, nice job on the HMMVR.
Yeah, I know the piece, but it's really not what I'm looking for. I guess this MOC really isn't meant to model a real life Humvee, sort of a more armored futuristic one. Besides, it's two studs too short width-wise. Thanks again though!
