Isn't there a hole in the middle of the first "floor"? I thought I saw a video of a guy base-jumping through it... Great Moddel anyway.

That certainly looks much more realistic than the set! The crisscross pattern with the technic bricks looks just like the real thing.

Definitely one of THEE most Lego-unfriendly-shaped buildings I've seen done. So does Lego steal ALL of your designs or what? I bet Lego Corp wasn't working on this set 3 years ago. They must've bugged the best AFOLs' homes and just wait for us to solve all of the complex design challenges, then they put a team of Master Builders on the easy parts to push it through to production. Good thing I sweep my place once a week.

Its about 90 cm tall. Microscale? No, Its not connected to the baseplate. Once I rework parts of the model and when I'm satisfied I'll add some supports and tiles to the base so there's a smoother looking transition.

Nice model Arthur. What scale is it in? It's not connected to the baseplate? Technic pieces definitely fits it better than classic system bricks.
