Ross was a 12 year old boy who died of cancer a little while ago. I do not know the date precisely..he had a large struggle with it until it took over his body. Ross never stopped smiling and was a member of the Boy Scouts, which was a large part of his life. I remember seeing him at stalls selling pies to raise money for Cub Scouts during The Harvest Market. All i have to say is...even though your gone from our everyday lives Ross, you will always be in our hearts. Rest in Peace.
About this creation
I never made it to his funeral...so i hope this makes up for that...so long Ross...Here's a copy of his obituary.
Ross J. Perri, at home and surrounded by family he loved, went from being an angel on earth to an angel in heaven. Ross attended Browns River Middle School and Underhill ID School. He was a Boy Scout with Troop 627 and a Cub Scout with Pack 620. He trained at Yordan's Black Belt Academy. Ross was an active member of St. Thomas Church in Underhill, being baptized, receiving first communion and attending catechism there. Ross was a vibrant 12 year old boy who had a contagious smile and truly loved life. He tried his best in school and all activities. He had a love of animals and all of God's creatures which he carried through his whole short life. Ross courageously battled Leukemia for the past two years, finally losing the fight after two bone marrow transplants and numerous treatments. He maintained his faith and handled the ordeal with grace. It was the only time Ross ever lost; he never gave up. At the end, he thanked God for all the people who helped him. He leaves behind a family and community that loves him
