From peacekeepers to soldiers, the Jedi are the guardians of peace and justice in the galaxy. The swift Jedi Speeder is ready for action with flick-fire missiles and storage compartment. Meanwhile the Jedi Youngling practices using a Training Remote. Use the force! Create and customise your own Jedi army!
My winning entry for the Eurobricks Battle Pack Contest: Jedi Mission! I don't think there's anyone who doesn't like Jedi (Sith excepted) and seeing an army of them, such as at the Battle of Geonosis, is awe inspiring! I've seen Jedi battle packs in other toy-lines and thought wouldn't it be just sweet if LEGO made one? Failing that, wouldn't it be just fine if I made one?!
The minifigs' parts can be switched to create many cool and diverse combinations of Jedi. Aside from that I just thought it'd be cool to have a Rodian and Mon Cal Jedi! I've never made a Youngling before and thought a Training Remote accessory was a must-have. There's a black hair piece included in the 'set' which is only pictured on the box.
Thanks for looking! Please feel free to leave any comments or criticism.
Thanks for the kind comments everyone!
The main point of the contest is to make your ideal battle pack and this is where it's at for me. I was originally going to make an ARC trooper battle pack, but instead wanted to create something with more variety and fun. There's a link above to Eurobricks Watto's Junkyard forum. You'll find all the entries to the contest indexed there.
I can't even begin to describe how professional this looks! From the quality of the photoshopping, to the finger pushing out the "missiles", I could easily mistake this for a real set. I really like the idea of TLG promoting "make your own minifigs" too :) Excellent job, and keep it up! (BTW, is there a place I can find more of the entries for this contest?)
This is as believable as fake lego sets get. At first I was sure this was a set. The way the pictures are taken, the way the set is built all makes this incredibly believable. I'll bet you can imagine everyones dissapointment when they discovered it wasn't real
I would buy this if it were really a set, it's got some rare minifigs and the speeder looks good, and you really sound like the Lego company putting flick missiles everywhere. Nice photoshopping skills it really looks like a set!
