About this creation






It was launched by the NASA in September 20th 1977. The Voyager 1 was launched August 5th 1977. Both spacecrafts passed over Jupiter and Saturn but the only one which passed over Neptune and Uranus was the Voyager 2. The two crafts carried a gold disc with sounds, images and information about Earth besides greetings in 55 languages. This was done in case an extraterrestrial civilization could catch the spacecrafts. Their mission was to go out of the Solar System and collect information.
