outcast is the combine form of tuo and tsac he can take out 3 rakshe at one time
About this creation

tsac he forms the uper body arms and head of outcast



tuo he forms the lower body and legs of outcast



tuo and tsac together

notes...

he and takuta are the only toa nui made of only 2 toa in my story

tuo and tsac are best friends with bionicformer but out cast dose not like him that much

outcast has a another personality thin tuo and tsac in fact his is just the opposite

he is just as smart as toa nabooro but 10 times as strong
