The first comic in my beta series. I hope you enjoy and give me some feedback.
About this creation
In the year of 2274, World war 3 broke out. And after 10 long years of nuclear destruction, it finally ceased. New York was decimated; London was nothing but rubble, and Tokyo lay in ashes. But, a new country, a new nation, a new sovereignty, emerged from the remains of the war, Earth. People of the Earth finally came under one banner and decided to live in peace. Although most of the population lived on earth, a couple million live on the moon. It was decided that they should be ruled by a president, and the form of government shall be a democracy. The president has created one police and army force, to help keep piece. Although terrorism is still alive in many forms, it is none the less, disintegrating. Now that you know this, we can begin the story, chapter one, the beginning.
Music for the chapter:
International Moon Army Base, Year 2284 A.D. 12:25 P.M Eastern Standard Time.
"Attention Omega Squadron. Attention Omega Squad. General Smith requests your presence in briefing room 3A. Suit up and report their immediately."
(Squad member on the left)"Ah man! I was about to eat!" he comlpained, "Eh, it's alright mate," (The squad member on the right replied),"We'll get our food afterwards."
"A mission? Haven't one in a while."
In less than ten minutes, the commandos came running in the room.
"We're here General."
"Where's your commander?"
"I'm here."
"Good. Now we can get started."
The commander walked around to the center of the room.
"Now, as you know, about a month ago, a group of scientists, civilians, and police all set up a bio-dome and encampment on Mars which made history. Many of you have all heard this before. Well, about two days ago we received a mysterious transmission from their command center, and then after we lost all communication. Let's take a listen."
The small device on the floor began to glow and played a message,
"Help! Help! Mayday, mayday. They've killed everyone...I don't think anyone will get out of here alive. You have to se--ahhhhh! They're com-!!!AUGHGUAGAHAG!..."
The transmission ended with screams and sounds of pain.
"We sent Delta Squad yesterday, but we lost communication with them too. Here's your mission: Fly close to the bio-dome and go on foot, once inside, make sure you can preserve the biodome. Next, send us all the data you can get your hands on, and get out of there fast."
"Do we have a shuttle ready for us?"
"Yes."
"What are we waiting for? Let's go."
The commandos sprinted out of the room and thanked the General.
"Good luck gentlemen."
"Come on."
The General walked out of the room and the troopers followed.
They turned and exited the room.
Notes:
I hope you guys liked it. For some reason it wouldn't let me upload more photos for this chapter, but I can save them for the next one. I would love feedback on this, I kinda made a some-what halo/star wars/post-apocalyptic/star trek/sci-fi thing, so yeah.
Please add me as your favorite builder, comment, rate, and look at the rest of my creations.
Hi. Good start on your comic. I like the bricks sideways for walls, adds nice texture with the brick bottoms. I'd try adding more detail to each scene. You don't need much. I'll keep an eye out for part 2. see ya. garth

My honest opinion..... well the briefieng room needs more recognizable objects and i think you should make it clear to who these commandos are. other than that... great job on the story.
Actually, the first episode is purposefully done so you will not know the commandos names. The second episode will introduce their names, personalities, and backgrounds. That's as much info that I will give you at the time.

Great set up for a good sci-fi comic! I really like the trooper and we all get a feel they will be really important to saving the Mars colonies.
I was just wondering, did you get logged out while uploading photos? If you did, I noticed that it doesn't upload the photos and you have upload a photo (which won't actually get uploaded) press continue, and then upload the photos you wanted and they will go that time. I always save all the text in notepad just in case I lose the info or accidentally close the page. Hope this helps. Great work!

how do you put the shade on his shoulder
What I do is, take this piece http://cache.lego.com/images/factory/pab/bricks/4210469_8.jpg and then attach one end of the visor to the back of it and then slide the other side to the front. It makes it look like awesome shoulder armor. I wondered about how to make it too before I finally figured out how.

To answer the question you asked, I just put him together from four different sets. The torso and pants are from 10039 Black Falcon fortress, and the head is, of course, from the adventurers line, the shield is from 6030 Catapult, and the helmet is from King Leo's castle.
Awesome! The story is great, can't wait for the next chapter. I liked the food trays, and I like the use of the star war torsos. You have inspired me, now I want to do a sci-fi comic, too. Thanks for all the positive feedback!
P.S. I asked you a question on my group, would you please answer when you have the time? Thanks!
