The smallest walker in the Imperial fleet, used to seek hidden rebels.
About this creation
The All Terrain Terrestrial Scout (AT-TS), or simply nicknamed "The Seeker", was built to go on long missions searching for rebel installments that were invisible to scanners. It is a breakthrough walker in the Imperial fleet because it is the first to get it's energy sent from a starship via radio-waves. In order to compensate for this low powered, experimental form of energy, the AT-TS is extremely small and lightweight (in fact, the smallest walker in the whole fleet). Being almost entirely for scouting, the walker has virtually no armor and is armed only with an anti-personnel gun.

Back angle. Notice the large antenna: that's where the power for the walker is transmitted to.

Front view. I was going for a skeletal yet detailed look. It turned out very nicely, especially for working in such small dimensions. I actually believe it to be my best job at "manipulating" pieces so far in a creation. (And don't the feet remind you of Grievous'?)

Side view. You can see the standard chicken walker stance... Also, about the seat: it was really fun to choose a color since my options were seemingly endless. I eventually chose dark red, in order to help tie together Republic and Imperial vehicles. It also looked good :D

Back view. The stance widens a little, for stability.

Action shot. I really like how this turned out :) And credit to Dyllo Dyllo for inspiration for the custom rebels.

I had this extra picture that didn't seem to fit in, so... well, I couldn't resist :) Disclaimer: The "lolcat" format (rhymes!) is a trademark of icanhazcheezburger.org.

It's not often that I run into a perfect moc, but this one definitely qualifies. I can think of absolutely nothing that could be added or removed to make it better. Nothing at all. And that's very, very rare. |

I love to see illegal techniques being used. Yes it looks fragile and probably is very much so, but looks good in that sense. the one part that kinda sticks out among everything are the feet. The claw pieces don't look mechanical enough. It's just a rough rock in the middle of a river filled with smooth rocks. -Sterling |

Quoting Jonathan Ladner
How are the legs strong enough to hold it up? Anyways, nice build! Thanks for the comment! And the end of the harpoon-gun piece wedges in nicely into the binoculars. Then I just found a balancing point and snapped away! It's still pretty difficult to balance though :D |

That's the coolest thing I've seen today. Seriously, those legs are SO thin, but they look great! And I love the clawed feet. The whole thing is just fantastic! |
