Citroen 2CV
an ugly duckling that fits a chick inside (you see it's nicknamed "the duck" :-D)
About this creation
i wrote an essay about the model, but then all the text and photos dissapeared.

sorry guys i don't have a taste to write it again.

but why to have to read a long text because of a tiny model?

but i will rather use ctrl+c next time xxD

i quite like it though i had some problems, for example with the cover of rear wheels, with the whole front and with making it to fit a minifig

it's not perfect, but i think it has the essence of the real car and my grandpa recognized it, which made me unimaginably happy :-)

i will maybe try a lorry version of it, i think it would be interesting, with more things to do and i think i would be able to make it more real than this time :-)

with a clearance height of two plates it's made for countryside and rides on field/forrest paths just like the real one :-)

hey thanks! but remember, my one is not studless :-) i have already recreated it into a van version which is even better in my eyes. closer to the real thing than this one, almost studless. i have already uploaded it. look it up and comment if you want. i would rather upload the van if you didn't matter :-)

Excellent : the 2cv is one of the greatest european cars ever build with the Bettle and like the Bettle it has a shape very difficult to build in Legos especially at this scale but you did it brillantly : very creative. Maybe your best MOC till now indeed. I hope you will add it to the 5-wide clud. There is allready a very nice DS.

Nice work, I love the five-stud design, it looks more realistic this way, thus your father was able to recognize it. Not like mine, when I showed my 2cv to my wife, she thought it was a tractor :)

Wow, a friend of mine used to have a 2CV a few jears ago. Completely undermotorised (just 29hp)but really fun to drive. Your is very accurate, especially for a four wide car!
