Firehawk
It's not huge but it's not small either and it's worth your time.
About this creation
The Firehawk is a 119 stud long (three feet) and 44 studs wide assault gunship I've built with the SSLF S.H.I.P. contest in mind, though sense it will be over soon I plan to keep working on it until I eventually decide to tear it down for pieces. It's got a crew of six minifigures and crew quarters for the all of them. It has a fairly aerodynamic shape as it had when I first built it a while ago as a freighter.

The bridge is where the whole thing is controled from. You can control pretty much anything form the main guns to the air conditioning form here.

Here are the main bunks, all crowded in one room. A minifig really can stand up in there though

The captains quarters. It worked out so there's two of these, but only one person outranks the rest. So who gets the other captains quarters? I guess that's what the Tuesday night poker games for.

This SHIP features a smuggling compartment right behind the missiles.

Here's the missile racks and it reveals a smuggling compartment in the first compartment

Here it is with a minifig for scale.

Here's a shot of the missiles firing.

Heres a soldier(not included in the six crew members) a bridge crew worker, a gunner, and the mechanic(not in the six crew members) listed from left to right

I just had to point out these two peices. They may actually be two of the most important peices in the whole thing as the entire nose will fall of without them.

Here's the storage space in the nose. Not that exciting.

Here's another shot of the outside.

Am I the only idiot who has forgotten to put a door on something like this until it's been under construction for a month? Well it's here now.

   The turrets.

The engines, my favorite part of the outside.

Sorry the pictures aren't in much order. We're back to interior pics. This would be a tipical scene for the crew when relaxing.

For some reason I like a plain black background more than a planet or stars. Leave a review or rate it with the smilies.

Nice ship. I really like how you have a standard color scheme and I like the overall shape. Good job.
