The Sentinel 400 is a retro-futuristic limo designed by the brilliant Syd Mead. This was a vehicle I have been itching to build for quite some time, but never had the time. This proved to be a difficult build because of the subtle shapes - the hardest to match being the front area, particularly where the hood blends with the mudguards.
You may have seen other Sentinel 400 images elsewhere - either more concept art by Syd Mead or the Hot Wheels version, but all seem to have variations - usually in the headlight area. The photo here is the version I used for reference.
i love your design!
the only thing i think could improve upon it would be to have a glassed windshield on it!
and different wheels!
i love the sleek design!
it really looks good and futuristic!
would you comment on mine?
even though it s a little more conservative!
you re really amongst the best car builders here!
i love customizing vehicles too!
First, this is a super sleek look and you nailed the angles and curves. However, it seems a little short in length to be a limo. It reminds me of a Lamborghini or DeLorean. Sorry to nit pick, I REALLY like the car!:)~H
Perfect likeness! Although not everything can be built perfectly the same in Lego you did an amazing job on this! I would love to have a car like that...And a fantastic technique for the trees and bushes.
