Step 10: kill it with fire.
About this creation
A hole-in-the-wall joint on some forgotten beach, where the tide quietly breaks and beer's a dollar on Tuesdays.
That is totally not a skull bong. Totally. Really.
The cluttered interior:
Surfing mannequin in the rafters:
I posted the following picture on Flickr only as a teaser, and it made it to Explore. It's magical.

Ever have one of those projects where you either lose interest halfway through, or realize you should've done this and that differently earlier in the build? Well, guess what happened here.

On to bigger and better. Such a backlog of projects to tackle, limericks and Lovecraft among them. Stay tuned for further developments.

reminds me of a bar where a man complained to the barstaff that he could'nt hear the jukebox ,the barman said sit closer to it,so the man unplugged the jukebox an dragged it to where he was sitting, the place just erupted. an exellent build.

Would have been a strong entry into a certain Vig/orama contest (shameless plug: http://www.mocpages.com/group.php/8053) had you been so inclined... But you just had to get cute and got yourself banned, didn't you? Hahahaha! No swag for Eylar!

This is one of the reasons you're my favorite Builder. I love the whole feel of it, The Rocks, the Tiki-Torches, the Heads, the Stools, the Lights, the Manequin, all of it! Is it all right if I use your Tiki-Torch for my Beach Party? Have you ever been to a beach store?

Great work Alex! The interior details are fantastic. Slap a back and roof on this thing and haul it to Brickworld in 2010 to display on our layout. Now that Heather's Beach House has been condemned, we need something to fill that vacant lot. It's prime real estate right on the water. :-)

This is Great Alex, again lovely lighting and the cluttered interior and detail just makes it and the exterior is just as good!

Great, now I'm being tossed out on my ear by the Sterlings in favor of your little Krusty Krab shack here. I'll be building a little cardboard box and cup with pencils for outside of this little puppy. Oh, and I too love the juke box. My favorite part of it is the use of the printed keyboard tile for the...ok, lost my words. You'll know what I mean.

Great build, as always, but do not tell ME that's not a skull bong. Me thinks Officer Phipson might have to raid the place...'Mysteriously, nothing was found...' Seriously cool dive joint(pun)!~H

Wow! Your details are really terrific, I'll be spending more time today looking at everything. We have a place called The Sandbar a few miles from our house, though it is not nearly as fantastic as your MOC. Even the clientele at your Sandbar has more class (then again, it's not hard to out-class a bunch of hillbillies).
