This is a design posted by Tim Gould over on Lugnet. I got inspired and started playing with it and now I have to equip several rooms with these doors. Thanks to Tim and to Didier Enjary for starting the thread, and thanks to Bram, Kyle and Aaron for input over on Flickr.
With new improved mouldings as suggested by Kyle Keppler, they're ready for higher security. Now only opening one way, thus making it safer to operate the controls.
