The Caprican Empire & Kingdom of the Low Islands is closely watching events in the PBR... There is talk in the Eulenbourg (Caprican/Low Island Parliament) of creating a Peace Keeping Committee 'NALTO' (Northern Alliance of LEGO Territories Overseas) to ensure peaceful Minifig existence across the northern hemisphere! The Caprican public are often quite shocked by the violent reports coming from the PBR and Legoland!
