Clone Wars Ahsoka Tano
About this creation

I expanded a ten color palette (black, grey, green, yellow, white, tan, red, blue, dark blue, dark red) by covering each with one of four transparent plates (clear, red, green, yellow) to generate a 28 color palette. (Mathematically I should have had 4x10 = 40 distinct colors.. but some where to close to identify as potentially different shades.) Ahsoka Tano is my first mosaic using this expanded palette technique.

Quoting Thomas Benedikt Do you use the mosaic tool in MLCAD to design your mosaics? Even if you do, it must take a long time to contruct them. Job well done!
No, I use a program called Mosaic.com. Its rich with features allowing me to create and experiment with variety of mosaics types.

mosaics, photo-tile mosaics, 3-D mosaics, now multi-layer color permutation mosaics! Wow, yet another level of mathematical genius you've distilled down and successfully meshed with a hot little padawan babe with horns. 5 stars on so many different levels all at once.

Ackk! So well done that I said ackk for no other reason. This is so well done, but the way you mixed the colors they look muted and brown is kind of iffy. This did make the perfect skin tone, but the green horns are off. Don't get me wrong, I still love this!
