Actually I work for TLG, just kidding! The MOCs are 100% designed by me from the baseplate up. I do tend to scale the models to my existing Cafe Corner buildings so that they all relate well (I hate unrelated MOC cities). I'll tell you the secret though, Every MOC on this site is an LDD model! That's how I control the design so that I don't have unnecessary mistakes in too much or too little detail. Take care.

Supspicious...can i ask you do you just customize lego sets coz alot of your models just look like modded versions of models like cafe corner ect.

Exquisite work. I have yet to try that brick technique that you use around the bottom of the porch. Well executed with great design and charming little extras. My favorite extra: the basement windows. Nice touch to make this seem even more real.
