Give her a more Kevlar bold type of chest and you've got it. I think the bat symbol might need to be shrunk some more too and the belt should be like Batman's.
that's great! you did a nice job on the details, a few more lines like the ones in TDK would make it look more like Nolan's stuff but it's a good decal.
