I know that it's a violin playing in background, but I built a cello... but...

Which by the way, I'd love to see someone build a minifig scale violin...
Spreading the holiday cheer by playing real depressing music...
I was inspired by Sir Nadoj's elm (or was it ash) tree... I sort of modified it... (Note the arms...)
EDIT: After conferring with my huge encyclopedia of trees, which I still have no idea why I have it, (must of been on sale or something) I have decided that it's a birch tree...

About the violin, what I use is a brown round flat plate attached to a a brown 1x1 with the ring on the side, connected diagonally by a black 1x2 grill. Sorry its hard to explain. |

What music was it? I didn't get to hear it, but my best guess would be Fur Elise..I dunno. I play the violin and piano, so I think it's pretty accurate to it. :) |

Oh man a minifig-sized violin?? Wow that would be difficult! you'd have to make it large... Ever notice how a lightsaber handle is as long as a minifig leg? Or how a Harry Potter wand is almost taller than the person carrying it? I think a minifig violin would have to look like a cello and a cello would be 2 minifigs tall....anyways love the vignette. Fantastic tree! |
