The S13 was designed after the S12 Calibre to function as a mobile Anti-Air Battery. It is fast but lightly armored.
About this creation
CONNER stands for Central Operating Nueral Nexus Extended Range. The S13 was the first model to be equipped with the Nueral Trace System Prototype. The S13 is equiped with two Anti-Air batteries, both which feed from an extremely large ammo drum mounted to the back of the ARTCS. On the left shoulder is a smaller rifle form of the Anti-Air cannon and on the right shoulder is a 12 round rocket launcher.
The back of the S13 features a single back mounted Atmosphere Armor Projector, as well a large sensor suite for anti-aircraft. The weapons are very effective for aircraft, but are extremely weak against other armor or ARTCS. It requires an armed escort for protection against enemy armor.
Because of the Experimental Nueral Trace System, both arms move independently, able to lock on to targets and the arm servos can move extremely fast to track enemy fighters and aircraft. A line of CONNERs can provide a near impossible line to break against aircraft.
NOTE: Massed produced models still are equipped with the Motion Trace System, and do not bear the same statistics. They are still extremely agile and well equipped to deal with aircraft, though the MTS is much slower to react, forcing the pilot to judge his/her shots.
