Indiana Jones- Venice chase sequence
When i managed to get this new Great Indiana Jones set i had to build a diorama out of it and do a review that way- unfortunately most of my parts are now needed elsewhere (in my soon upcoming pirate port) i made this one as quite a small- so i may build better Venice some day i don't actually like those too little houses i made to this...
About this creation

Gondola is not in use right now...

Coming up from the sewers- incredibly funny scene- Ah Venice!

Kazim and his men come out of library to seek Indy and Schneider...

Sewer after the explosion- how did all those rats survive?
Elsa- she is such an awesome new minifig- I love the fact that she has her own personal facedesign- no recycled Marion-face for example good Lego -well done!

Kazim and another Grail guardian (his "name" is spelled wrong in the set -it says "guradian") cool guys with new Fezi! Good job here lego- and more arabs yay- even though another guy is identical to the Cairo Goon -Kazim is unique and there is a new pistol (well old part but my first of those)
Indy is quite ordinary himself- very practical gray suit- and classic hat and whip as an extra but lego should do a Teacher-Indy with glasses....

Boats also do have funny explosion effects and the wharf also "blows up"- well not very useful to me but adds very much playability so this is good christmas present for little legoindy fans also- well i actually first failed to build another action to be working but with clear instructions i spotted the prob so this is not hard to build (except for me XD) Great set-

Pros:
4 new awesome indyfigs!
Great accessories: new fezis, pistol and machine pistol with drum, revolver, Fedora, whip and map- yellowish long blonde hair- suitable for fleshies and yellows as well!
New Darktan color in tiles of the other boat- many pretty rare parts like dark blue round 1x1 parts and inverted 2x2 slopes- brown boatbows, 4 black telescopes etc......
Playable actions- no any flickfiremissiles (well those parts are used as flagpoles of the boats- better place to them XD)

Cons:
Only one Rat (needs at least five!) No Marcus Brody! Needs grave place of the Sir Richard and his shield- also the copy that Indy made of that is missing- there is that st*pid map instead color and size of the boats is inaccurate (but they are more useful as they are now so no problem actually- no there is need of the big ship with giant propellorblades...

Well not a perfect one but more worth of it's price than many of the Clone Wars sets for example- all licenced sets are overpriced though but this one is good i recommend to all Indyfans and even those who don't like the movies- parts and figs are awesome!

Amazing! I love the buildings - especially the red-bricked one. It's very well done, the bricks and then the layer of cement stuff beneath them holding them together... Awesome! Now do the underground church part. :D

very nice, you should make the scene when boat blew up beetwen those two big boats ;), if I remember aright :), I am just joking, but it wouldn't be a problem for you after all =), anyway love oil in the sewerand buildings details , and scene where Indy and Elsa came out from the sewer, on the square, and that women just went :o, =))))
