Many years ago, when Mesh was a child, his tribe was decimated by Malum's. His father, Araneus, fell to a baterra attack some time later, and his mother, Persephone, lead the tribe in his stead, until Mesh became old enough.

Mesh is now the tribe's leader, and has taken Persephone as his mate. This, to the Glatorian, is completely disgusting and backward. To the vorox, however, pairing with close relatives, even your own mother, isn't seen as a bad thing. Alpha males and females have to stick together, in order to keep the blood strong. ((And, no. I didn't put the two together. The Abyss did. Blame him if you think it's too disgusting for the 'pages))

Mesh still has the dagger Thok gave him, but now his tail has a serviceable point, too. It's still small, and its venom is weak, but it's powerful enough now to be used.

In Vorox years, Mesh is really only in his late teens.

His armour is composed of beads, and bits of hide that he's collected or been given over time. Sandstone makes up one pauldron, and the mandibles of a desert beast the other. On his chest are a few teeth, each from a different beast.

My Matoran body design was extended here, where I tried to make a toa sized body with it. I tried to make him look more gangly, like a lad in his teens would be. I think I've managed to capture the look of Araneus here, too.
