Micro Trench Run
I've seen a lot of micro mocs lately, so i decided it was my turn to build an iconic star wars moment in a miniscule scale. I chose the Death Star trench run scene from episode IV: A New Hope. I had loads of fun greebling this little moc and i think i just might do another one. Anyway, i hope you like it.
About this creation

overhead view

Here is the end of the scene that is opposite to the X-wing.

Here, i removed one of the walls to get a better view of the greebling.

And here is the micro X-wing. It's not as detailed as i would like it to be but at this scale, it's really hard to build it accurately.

Nice job.I live how you reenacted this movie classic scene in Micro scale. The X-Wing is quite nice and so is the vig.Though I would recall making just a bit less greebly, the too much greebling makes it kinda look like the 2nd Death Star under incomplete conatruction as seen in ROTJ,though a nice build, you could could've added at least 1 or 2 Death Star Turrets in the area,as well as Darth Vader in his TIE Advanced X1 prototype starfighter,if too difficult to make it in this scale for you, please come by me and ask me ro post instructions(oh yeah,I made one in micro). Not a total lack of accuracy, but it can be improved a bit.Hope you dont take this offensively,I'm just offering ideas which I gave to my Micro Scale Trench Run(I will post it soon).Anyways, not a total bad reenacment, though I was thinking of giving this a 3/5,but I guess the effort deserves a total of 4/5.Again,nice job.

This is a good build but there are two things wrong with it. The first and biggest is that it is to greebly. The real one was mostly flat with small greeble pathches. and the second is there is no tie fighters in this diorama. because of these to things i rate 4/5

The level of detailing and greebling are really great, it is definitely recognisable as the Trench run! Good stuff.

This seems like an excellent way to exercise some mad greebling work. Although I have to say, your interpretation of the trench does seem to be much "messier" than the movie's. Still though, neat work! Good day

Is there any part of this moc (except the X-Wing) that isn't greebled? That looks so awesome, although maybe some micro TIEs pursuing the X-Wings would have been nice, but the greebs more than make up for that=)

That, is alot of greebles. But after all, once you look really closely, isn't the Death Star just a huge ball of greebles that happens to have a laser? great job =)

This is fantastic!! I suggest you check out Moodswim's little scene too if you get the chance: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/168535 I think you two should MOC-off with Star Wars Micros!!! That would be cool! Forgot to mention that your greebling is excellent!! Looking forward to seeing more from you in the future!
