Fully functional and ready for combat. The very early predecessor to the gunship from Ep II.

About this creation

The Repbulic Gunship is a slow, but solid vessal. It can be modified to hold troops or equipment and its heavy armament makes perfect for setting down much needed support amidst contested battle zones.

It was used most extensively in the Mandalorian War, and was truly an asset to the Republic at the battle of Malachor V. Thousands upon thousands of these craft landed before and during the battle, some carrying Republic troops and eqiupment, other carrying the Jedi that chose to follow Revan to war.

Below this pic you can see the thrust vectoring engine pods. Yes, they really move!

The side cannons are fully adjustable to allow for perfect aim.

THis rear-mounted turret can revolve 360 degrees for perfect targeting.

Good work. It looks smooth in the right places, and blocky in the right places. I feel like you do a good job of using red and white without making it look like an ambulance.

Nice! I'm still not liking some of the colour placement - too choppy in some places, and the bley looks a little out of place. Awesome build though! Great functionality and a good back track from the epII gunship.
