Rogue Faction, part one
I TOLD you there'd be no warning, but did you listen? Noooo... Well, here it is.
About this creation
The first comic of mine for which the plot was all written out in advance.

No, put down the pitchforks, yes, and the burning torches, I'm still the same Areetsa you love to hate. I've got the plot, but not the dialogue. Happy now?

Further intallments whenever convenient.
Next one? Either around christmas or sometime in early January.

Now, the date: the date of posting is significant.
'Y see, I'm not sure exactly when I joined. Either on the Southern-Hemisphere 8th of December, -the Northern 7th- or the Northern Hemisphere 8th of December -the Southern 9th- so I'm posting an important page on both.

See kiddies? That's how you post two anniversary mocs when you can't remember the dates.

Works on birthdays, too.

Very cool, very witty, very entertaining. The sets and scenery is top-notch as well! Good job!

Quoting Stuart Delahay There's lots to love here - the never-ending litany of wrong doings by the Major, the admission by the CO that she's guilty of some of them too, Frank's 'rights' speech and the consequences, some clever builds all well presented. I can see what some of the comments below are saying about scrolling around the photos to follow the thread, but I think that's a price you have to pay for big photos (don't want to have to click on each one to read the dialogue) and it is jammed with dialogue - I suspect this is the exposition to set up our hero for action later. will check out the later episodes now, good stuff!
Eh, actually, he's not exactly what you might call a "hero". Well, "exposition" might as well be my middle name with the amount of it I include.

So, a few questions; one: what do y'all think of the patterning on the walls? Two: Has anyone noticed the grin on the guard on the right, in the last panel? Methinks it's appropriate. (note: the pantsless guy is sleeping off a binge. Nothing sinister.)

Yeh, when I finish them, or something.

Quoting brick freak Instant death for singing at midnight? wow! of course, i have no idea about who would sing at midnight. by the way, nice photos! I could see the dust on one lego part in the third to last photo.
Well of course, screaming and singing at midnight wakes the guards up, so it's only fair. Only one part in one photo? That's better than the usual rate. Normally I miss huge chunks while dusting.

Quoting Finn C-Q Oh, and is this your Z empire, your GD empire, or something else? And, also, you think I should start up a GD comic?
Zenexabas. The GD ones speak Lhezzrusskie. You can if you want, it's your choice; juggling two-wait, three- comics at once might be a real can of worms, though...

Now, it really reminds me of Brazil(movie) and 1984(book).

He's saying the Pics are too big. You have to scroll over and they are being blocked by the groups that this belongs to. Try to format them smaller :D

Huh... Doesn't happen to me. Besides, if I shrank the panels, the text would take up too much space. Common comicking problem. Anyway, if you can't see all the panels, the pics are linked from http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=411924

Quoting Christian Schlichting Builds are good, text is funny but i don't like the arrangement of the pictures and text. It's a bit hard to read for me in some way. But overall great fun story.
Dunno why it'd be hard to read; it's supposed to be read left to right, top to bottom, both in panel order and in text arrangement; maybe that's got something to do with it.

Quoting kallo mavak Where'd you get those grey helmets?
No clue. Well, they're Old Dark Grey, suggesting they're from some old set. I bought some old Space sets- Exploriens, I think; white and dark grey- ages ago. Probably from those.

Quoting Master of LegoPuppets Funny story, though a little long for my taste. The build is really good, nice and clean. My favorite part from the moc has to be the robot. Are the arms attached to a bar that runs through the main body? ~M
It's only the first installment. It's not actually a robot; it's supposed to be a suit of powered armour. Yes, there's a bar through the centre. I posted an instruction page a month or two back; http://mocpages.com/moc.php/115721
