EEEEE-vaahh.....
About this creation
It began as a steampunk Wall-E, but along the way it kind of veered into something else. I'm not sure if it still falls under the category of steampunk, but hey, it sounds good.
This will probably be the thing I bring to Bricks by the Bay. Who wants to play catch with it?

It looks more like "1970's stereo Wall-e". |

Wow very nice. I probably wouldn't consider this a steampunk... but all the categories are pretty loose so it doesn't really matter. Nice job, 5/5! |

how big is it?
It's about the size of a toaster.

Shouldn't he have a "smoke-stack"?
He does, believe it or not. It's right behind his neck, but it's small. |

Interesting concept. It almost makes the actual movie bearable. |

The fact that Wall-E is a Disney created environmental leftist scare tactic meant to indoctrinate our kids into the 'green' movement aside, you Wall-E is pretty bad-ace! The roach DOES steal the show, but that probably has to do with the fact that Wall-E's color scheme is so f-ed up! Did you think about using some grey? Maybe bley is what it needs...Just to show that this is not a random holiday posting meant to blow smoke up you MOC's ace, I will refrain from wishing you a Merry ChristMOCs and instead say 'MOCy Festivus'!~H |

Nice work, Alex! Love the VOT concept with this subject...only you! And the little roach has to be my favorite part. I admit though, I'd be curious to see what it looks like in grey? |

...and Commander Bear wrote 'Merry ChristMOCs' which leads me to believe that this MOC was chosen randomly for him to say something nice about. Seriously, where is the love people? This is a great build! |

I am curious though ...what DOES Shannon Young like? Moonbeams? Rainbows? Long walks on the beach? Interpretive dancing? |

These comments are cracking me up dude. I'm just not feeling the love here. Alex, this is some of your best work yet. I'm pleased to see you moving out of minifig scale, I hope this becomes a trend. And yeah, upon further reflection, more gray is needed here. |

I'll play catch with ya! I won't be at Bricks by the Bay but I'll stand on Lake Shore Drive here in Chicago... you throw it as hard as you can in my general direction and we'll see what happens. Jokes aside, nice build... but, couldn't you add more grey? ~ Chris. |

Maybe the word is "retro"... whatever that means... Great build, lots of character squeezed out of the not-alive, just like the real thing... |

I don't like steampunk, and I don't like Wall-E. So if I can make it down to Bricks by the Bay, I'll definitely play catch with it. Heh heh heh... |

Hm. Not to complain, But it doesn't look really steampunk-ish. Could use either more grey or brown. But the physical build and shapes are extremely accurate! Wonderful job.
I'm a little curious about that "more grey" sentiment. I'm not sure this could get any greyer. |
