This is the remote-controller i made for my Techinc excavator DEC-24. I made a seperate post for this one, because I couldn't include its LDraw-file with the normal post. Unfortunately, I don't know how to make elastics and pneumatic hoses with LDraw, so the instruction is incomplete. But an experienced builder, will know how to connect these.
Here you can see the compressor with four big pumps. Each pump is rotated 90 degrees compared to the previous pumt. 2 PF-XL drive this compressor. (I removed the nameplate for this and the next picture)
This is the pressure regulator. Because of the force of the pneumatic cylinder, it required 4 elastics for the compressor to build enough pressure. Since the lifting of the boom required a lot of air, the compressor had to be really strong. And this compressor was so strong, it destroyed some lego parts when the construction had some faults.
I put a name-plate on the front and the back with the name of the model, just for fun.
