About this creation

Taeris works as a lab assistant in the genetics labs outside Tersseai's capital city. There, she assists several professors in their work.

Her helmet is made of a material that she can see through one way, but others cannot see in. It protects her face if anything goes awry during an experiment.

As a civilian, she doesn't really have any armour or weapons to speak of. She is trained in some martial arts, just to be on the safe side.

A rogue, experiment, Phlegurus, somehow became her pet...

Taeris was made for the Neconights contest on YouTube, hosted my ToaJuine. After seeing all of the heavily armed, epic entries, I tried to go for something a little more subtle.

Juine never mentioned anything about scale, so I kinda went nuts ^^;

The pelvis and limb designs originally come from Cameron G, here on MOCpages. I edited the designs, to give extra detail on the joints, and to mimic the appearance of a human skeleton.

Juine never mentioned anything about proportions either. As soon as she said "Fits the outline of a stick-figure" a little light bulb went on in my head :)

Oh, and, I just realised Taeris is missing her heartstone. Oops. I kinda had to share peices between this MOC and OWNua when I was photographing them, so yeahh... ^^;
