Hi everybody, My life has been kinda hectic lately. And... Now that it is the holiday season again I am trying to make the most use of this fleeting time I have. This is a promise that I have made to one of you. 'posting another feeble attempt at creating a mini Victory I Class Star Destroyer.
About this creation
For those who are not familiar with this Star Destroyer Class please read about it in this link first:

http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Victory_I-class_Star_Destroyer.

This Star Destroyer class is actually quite popular with the hardcore Star Wars fanatics.
I know that the likeness is probably poor. You'll just have to forgive me because my primary goal is to scale this correctly with my previous Imperial II Star Destroyer.

I provide some comparison pictures to help you familarize with this Star Destroyer class.

Diagonal right profile pictures:

Diagonal left profile pictures:

Frontal top profile pictures:

Frontal bottom profile pictures:

I tried to incorporate the usual (typical) Solar Ionization dome and bottom hull hangar bay.

Side profile picture - comparison with schematic:

Rear pictures:

(I think I'm quite happy with the engine nozles. As you can see in the above picture it is quite nice looking don't you think?)

(another clear picture of the engine nozles)

(again another picture of the engine nozles)

Comparison with The Imperial II Star Destroyer:
(as I said earlier in the introduction my primary goal is to make this MOC to scale perfectly with my Imperial II Star Destroyer design so I hope you'll like this following picture as much as I do)

(As usual to help show how I want the size of both designs to end up I also provide the comparison picture of actual models)

That's it. I hope you like the above pictures as much as I do.

Quoting Gabriel Hughes Not bad at all. I like the details on the bridge the best. I'm curious what element you used for the engines; I can't tell what it is from the picture, but maybe I'm just not familiar with that element.
Hey thanks, Glad you like it. Actually the likeness is only so-so but as I said I tried to make it slightly smaller than the regular star destroyer in my set. Anyway the element / part type I used for the engines is = 'Technic Brick 2 x 2 with Hole and Rotation Joint Socket' (48169) and can be seen at this link: http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/48169 You can also search for it at http://www.bricklink.com I hope that helps.
