Escape with the Robot Brain
A firefight in a busy street. Broken windows, robots and troopers cut in half. Action baby.
About this creation
After first contact with the Space Federation the robots once trapped on just one half of the Sentai Mountain, on the otherwise corrosive gas covered planet of their origin, soon spread out into the wider galaxy. Despite the help of Exo-Force the rapid evolution of the robots almost led to the robots destroying all of known Space. Both Alien and human colonies were swept aside by their onslaught. In the end it was a covert group of Special Forces troops from the colony planet of New Zanzibar who managed to capture a MECHA1 Core Cognitive Functions Processor.

They rammed into the swarm-ship landed by the robots on the planet of Corunbon using a modified Cimba Class Assault shuttle and ripped the ‘brain’ unit out of its housing. There followed a frantic and deadly race through the streets of Grundal City, constantly under heavy fire from Devastator and Drone Robots, to the nearest Planetary Defense Base.

This action reversed the course of the war with the Sentai Robots and in time led to eventual victory. The few survivors of New Zanzibar (almost destroyed by the robots) are to be thanked for their bravery.

Keith!! Did you NOT comment on this?!? This is an incredible piece of work, Mark! Not only are the concept, build, and backdrops breathtaking, but your action "kinetics" are perfection...truly. Johnny and I have a special question for you. When you have a couple of minutes, check out a couple of our MOCs, exhibits, building labs, etc. Then please contact us at brixwerx@live.com at your convenience. Thanks!

Amazing. So much detail! The exploding engine, the trooper being blasted, blown in half drones, this moc has it all. I love the broken glass technique. 5/5.

Very cool! The robot designs are interesting, and the background is well done! Would it be possible to make a whole theme based of this creation?

Chock full of lovely details and effects. Love the poor trooper with his torso jetting away from his severed legs, the trans-orange blasts on the shuttle and down the wall, the broken glass and the black smoke trail. As always loaded with imagination and well presented. Great stuff.

The spaceman that is cut in half is my favorite detail. Great action in this scene!

Now that's a LOT of action going on there. I especially like the way you made the ship appear to be flying by having technic supports beneath, that are barely visible in only one of the shots. The size of this MOC is pretty impressive as well. I'm a firm believer that size DOES matter in most cases, especially when you're working on minifig scale like you did.

The sense of action captured in this dio is amazing! I especially love how you've managed to tie it in with the Exo-Force universe =)

Again, your attention to detail amazes me. The people looking out the windows, breaking windows, the action scenes, all are incredible. The thing that really jumped out at me is the size of the background, all Lego and huge. Amazing.

This is brutal. The detail and size of this thing, and all the little details just blew me away. Fantastic isn't enough to describe it. Keep it up.

The action details are the best! The blaster shots on the wall, the black smoke effect and the gratuitous gore with the 'halved' officer especially stood out. Great work!~H

Insane! I don't know where to begin! Maybe from the security drones, they're magnificent! Extremely dynamic, colorful, and the dio is wonderful!

Amazing action sequence! Did Lego cancel Exo-Force because of a low sales percentage? That was my most favorite product line... *sob*

Quoting Parker Blue Awesome! How did you get the dark red exo-force robo legs?
That's the 'normal' copper colour of a drone, it just came out a bit red in the photo!
