On a new colony at the edge of the galaxy, the Sons and Daughters of Earth build a new city in honor of their lost world.

About this creation

Built in Microscale, this city was an experiment using Lego Bricks in conjunction with "earth" textures to display a seemingly realistic environment. I am enjoying the results and plan to create a few more cities in microscale using this technique.

Very nice! The mix of architectural styles and building sizes gives it a very authentic appearance, plus those earth tones are very complimentary. I am favorably reminded of those "World of Tomorrow" predictions we had when I was a child. The police units guarding the statue: nice touch.
