Updated: March 18, 2010 : My Redux of the Mobile Defense Tank. I liked the treads, but I thought it was far too big. This fits better to me. While mostly a tank it does classify as a mecha.
About this creation
Eventually anything I build will be updated as i discover and learn new techniques, my collection is updated, or my mood changes. The ZK-32's turn has come.
Be sure to tell me which additions/version you like best.
Major modifications are seen in the "legs" with the addition of some armor in weaker spots, and the addition of "leg" mounted Launchers. Another heavy modification is the addition of dual barrel cannons mounted to the underside of each "arm", adding heavy fire power for hardened targets.
The original ZK-32 as seen before the modifications. A fun build, but still flawed. I'll keep working to make it better.
Both shielded "arms" can move independantly, allowing for maximum range of fire from the gatling guns. The missile pack on top hold 8 short range missiles for anti armor. Two heavier cannons are mounted under the cockpit.
Unlike many types of tanks, the armor on the backside is just as thick as the front. Two tanks are located under the arm mounts.
The pilot wears a revised armorsuit and a heavily armored helmet.
This looks much better than the original! The "arms" are really well done!

It kind of reminds me of a minifig scale version of those transformer tanks that were ubiquitous a few months back. Great tank, though, I've got the original. Actually made a mini version of it, feel free to check it out. Those armored arms look awesome.
Comment two activates the smiley. Anyway, this version looks so much better than the original. The original is pretty much impossible to move around on the ground. Also, this model looks more Exo-Force-y to me. In other words, It looks like something that you would see in the Exo universe. The original set just doesn't have that look. Maybe it's hust me though... Great job!
